Nutrition
Protein, fiber, plant variety, calcium-rich foods, healthy fats, hydration and your overall eating pattern.
You’re trying to take care of yourself. But between protein, supplements, strength training, menopause advice, bone health, blood sugar, sleep and the latest longevity recommendations, it can be hard to know what actually deserves your attention.
A personalized review for women 45+ that helps you identify what you’re already doing well, where something important may be getting missed, what to focus on next, and what can wait.
You may already be exercising, trying to eat enough protein, taking supplements, improving your sleep, and thinking more seriously about your bones, heart, blood sugar or brain health.
But you’re still wondering:
Maybe you want to keep traveling. Stay strong enough to do the things you love. Think clearly. Maintain your independence. Keep working and performing well. Protect your bones. Support your heart and metabolic health. Have the energy to enjoy your life.
You are not trying to become obsessed with your health.
You simply want to feel confident that what you are doing today is supporting the woman you want to be 10, 20, or even 30 years from now.
We’ll look across the areas that can matter most during midlife and healthy aging, then narrow the bigger picture down to what matters most for you.
Protein, fiber, plant variety, calcium-rich foods, healthy fats, hydration and your overall eating pattern.
Strength training, daily movement, sedentary time and the habits that support strength and function.
Bone-supportive nutrition, resistance and weight-bearing activity, risk factors and healthcare conversations.
Lifestyle habits related to blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, movement, sleep and other risk factors.
Sleep quality, fatigue, concentration, brain fog, stress and the habits that support everyday function.
How midlife changes may be affecting sleep, energy, work, concentration, confidence and quality of life.
What you take, why you take it, whether each product has a clear purpose and where professional review may be needed.
Topics you may want to review with your healthcare team so important preventive conversations do not get lost in the noise.
That would defeat the purpose.
We may identify several areas that could eventually support your health. But they will not all become priorities.
Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed health and lifestyle assessment. I review your answers in advance so our session can focus on what matters.
We’ll connect the dots, look at what is already working, identify what may be getting missed and decide what is realistic for your life.
Your roadmap will identify your strong foundations, top 3 to 5 priorities, first steps, what can wait and questions for your healthcare provider when appropriate.
We’ll look at what you take, why you take it and whether your routine may have become more complicated than it needs to be.
After you begin implementing your roadmap, we’ll review what is working, what feels difficult and what may need adjusting.
If your kitchen counter has started looking a little like a supplement aisle, you are not alone.
We’ll review what you take, why you take it, whether you understand its purpose, and where medication interactions, medical conditions or other questions should be reviewed by your physician or pharmacist.
We’ll keep your plan intentionally manageable.
Focus on your most important starting point.
Build consistency around the habits that deserve continued attention.
Keep what is working, adjust what is not and make your plan realistic for the long term.

I created this review because women are being given more health advice than ever, but very little help understanding what actually deserves their attention.
My goal is not to give you more things to do. It is to help you understand what matters most for you.
That is what we’ll figure out together.
I’m currently offering the first version of this service to a limited number of women before making it part of my permanent practice.

No. Menopause is part of the conversation when relevant, but this review takes a broader view of women’s midlife health and healthy aging.
You do not need to be struggling to benefit. You may discover that many areas already have a strong foundation and only one or two things deserve more attention.
We’ll review your current supplements and discuss evidence-informed considerations within my dietary supplement advising scope. Questions involving medications, medical conditions, laboratory testing or clinical treatment should be reviewed with your physician, pharmacist or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
You need to know which things deserve your attention.
You may not need to do more. You may simply need to know what matters more.
