Doralice Allen is a Certified Health & Life Coach and does not provide services outside her professional scope.
No Medical Relationship
Using this website, submitting a contact form, reading website content or purchasing a coaching or educational service does not create a physician-patient, dietitian-patient, therapist-patient or other licensed medical-provider relationship.
You remain responsible for decisions regarding your medical care.

When a particular service has its own cancellation, rescheduling, refund or participation terms, those terms provided at booking or purchase will also apply.
Midlife Health Review: Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Midlife Health Review is a paid, scheduled service that includes advance review of client-provided information, a 75-minute private session, a personalized 90-Day Midlife Health Roadmap, supplement review when applicable, healthcare follow-up questions when appropriate, and a brief follow-up.
Your appointment is reserved once payment has been successfully completed.
Please complete your Midlife Health Review questionnaire within 24 hours of booking and, whenever possible, at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows adequate time for your responses to be reviewed before the session.
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments are normally non-refundable. In the case of an unexpected illness or genuine emergency, please contact Doralice Wellness as soon as possible. A one-time courtesy reschedule may be considered at the discretion of Doralice Wellness.
If the required questionnaire is not completed with sufficient time for appropriate review before the appointment, Doralice Wellness may request that the session be rescheduled.
If Doralice Wellness needs to cancel an appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Once the Midlife Health Review session has begun or has been completed, the service fee is non-refundable.
The Midlife Health Review provides health coaching, wellness education and personalized guidance within the professional scope of Doralice Wellness. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, prescription-medication management or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
When appropriate, clients may be encouraged to discuss symptoms, medications, laboratory testing, screenings or other health concerns with their healthcare provider.
No Guaranteed Results
Health, lifestyle and coaching outcomes vary between individuals.
Doralice Wellness does not guarantee specific health improvements, symptom resolution, weight changes, financial outcomes or other particular results.
Your outcomes may depend on many factors outside the control of Doralice Wellness.
